After believing for a long time that you couldn't be a property investor unless you were rich our perspective shifted when we started to educate ourselves.

Letting go of long held beliefs about how things work isn’t easy but we realised that the old system of university education, a stable job, one mortgage, one house and retirement doesn’t work anymore. It hasn’t for a long time. We realised that that was the trap, not property.

We joined The Property Circle, a community of property professionals and began a JV with Ste Hamilton and some of the members. Our first project! We did the Co-Living Revolution Mentorship with Stuart Scott which due to my interest in art and design led to my wish to create high-end, design-led properties. We then became a Franchisee with Sourced Property.

It was challenging at first! Finding properties, making offers, speaking to investors & agents, takes confidence, courage, belief in yourself and consistency. Luckily, I have keen interest in personal development and things started to change when we applied it to our property business.

Now we are working towards our goals of having a positive impact on the property world, helping other investors build their portfolios and achieve their goals as well as building our own portfolio and achieving our own wealth, freedom and success.
